Olympic Bronze!

So there's nothing wrong with bronze, right? I wish I could refer to something that happened during the Olympics where someone won bronze but it was just as good as gold, but I haven't watched much Olympics due to the fact that we've been moving and our tv was down. What a long sentence! I do know that there was one ice skater who got silver but called it "platinum" on his website. But I think that is less "inspirational" and more "full of himself".

Anyways, the Etsy Olympic Voter is over, and I took 3rd. I'm quite pleased!

My prize was a top row front page spot. I ended up selling six of this necklace. After I sold out, I even got another convo asking for one more! This has been an awesome experience, and I'm so thankful for all of it!

Nothing like a little competition....

So the Winter Olympics are in town... No not my town, but they are underway nonetheless! Etsy decided to pay tribute with a feature in the Storque and the Voter. And guess what.... one of my necklaces got featured!!

It was my Around the World Necklace:

You can vote for my necklace (right now I'm 14 votes behind 1st place) here: http://www.etsy.com/voter_list.php?ref=voter&room_id=94

The feature has been amazing for my shop. I've sold the two I had in stock of that necklace, with more charms on their way. I've also had crazy amounts of traffic coming in. I have received over 50 shop hearts since the feature. This brings me to my next point....

I'm doing ANOTHER heart giveaway! When I reached 500 hearts, I random number generated a winner. That number of heart got a little prize package from me. When I reach 1,000 I am going to do the same thing! So heart away.... the winner could be you!
